Step 1.  Register for your consignor number.

New Consignor Registration  click here to complete our online registration and receive your consignor number.  This number is permanent and can be used for all future sales.  A $15 non-refundable fee will be collected upon registration.

Returning Consignor click here to go back in after you receive your consignor number. 

Register Here Click here if you previously had a Consignor Number and wants to register for the next sale.  A $15 non-refundable fee will be collected upon signing up.

 

*Don't forget to select a Drop off Appointment and Volunteer Shift*. 

PLEASE NOTE:  There is a minimum of 15 acceptable items. 

Step 2. Preparing, pricing, tagging your items.

Enter Items/Work with Active Inventory refer to this to enter your items or do changes to your inventory.

** TAGGING GUN:  I highly recommend getting a tagging gun.  It will save you a whole lot of time and it's a HUGE help with attaching your tags** 

 

REMEMBER: DO NOT RUN THE BARB WIRE INTO YOUR CLOTHES.  This will create a HOLE on the clothes and will be UNSELLABLE. Use the sizing tag, if not available, then use the inside seams (normally INSIDE of shoulder, bottom of sleeve or bottom of the clothes).

Step 3. Deliver your items during the designated drop off time!

Dropping Off  refer to this page to sign-up for Drop-off appt.

 

Dropping Off Procedure - refer to this page for helpful information that will ensure a smooth and timely drop  off.  Please provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope for you checks to be mailed.  A fee of $1.00 will be assessed if this is not provided. 

                                                                               

Step 4. Shop the Consignors Presale!  Don't forget to bring your Consignor Presale Pass that was given to you when you droped off your items.  It is the hottest  ticket in town!

 

CONSIGNOR PRESALE: Thursday, Sept 10th at 9:00am.

Step 5.  Pick up your unsold items… or donate them to charity!

All pick ups must be done during the designated pick up time: Sunday, 9/23 between 6pm - 7pm. You can send someone else to pick up your unsold items.  Send me a text at 331-222-1736 with your consignor # and name/names of individual picking up your items.  Anything left AFTER 7pm on Sunday, Sept 23rd becomes the property of Babies2Kidz and will be donated to charity.  Refer to our Sale Schedule for more details. Review Picking Up for helpful information, and don’t forget that donating your unsold items is fast, easy and a great way to help out another family in need.  Check out our Charities page for more information.

Decide how you will spend your extra money! Your proceeds from the sale will be mailed to you in the self-addressed, stamped envelope that you provided within 10 days of the conclusion of the sale.

 

 Getting started is easy!

Consigning is easier than you think.  The most important step, the one that you should do right now, is register to become a Consignor.
